Is GE Informer free to use?
Yes. Browsing the market, searching items, viewing charts, and reading item analysis are free forever, for both RS3 and OSRS. Premium adds the Best Trades ranking, quick-flip finder, and the trade tracker with alerts.
Where does the price data come from?
We use the official Grand Exchange data feeds (via Weird Gloop / the RuneScape Wiki). Prices update on the game's daily schedule, and our analytics recompute automatically after each update.
How often does the data refresh?
Automatically, once per day, in step with Jagex's Grand Exchange updates. You'll always see when the data was last updated and when the next refresh is due — no manual refreshing needed.
Do I need RuneLite, Alt1, or any plugin?
No. GE Informer runs entirely in your browser and as a mobile app. There's nothing to install in-game.
Does it work for both RS3 and Old School?
Yes — both games are fully supported and kept separate. Switch between them with one click.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account & billing (opens Stripe's secure portal). You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period. Mobile subs are managed in the App Store or Google Play.
